Welcome to Easyeticket! Before you book with us, please take a moment to read our Terms and
Conditions. These terms govern all bookings made with us and outline your rights and
responsibilities, as well as ours.
1. Agreement
- By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking Process
- You can book various travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and holiday packages. When making a reservation, you confirm that you are authorized to make the booking on behalf of all passengers named and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
3. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or full payment. We will issue a confirmation invoice, which is your proof of booking. Please ensure that all names and details match those on relevant identification.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required 10 weeks prior to departure for holiday bookings.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. Ensure the cardholder's name matches the traveler’s name to avoid complications.
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes: If you wish to change your booking (except adding more people), you may incur an amendment fee. Changes must be requested in writing.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges vary based on how close to the departure date you cancel. Generally, deposits are forfeited, and cancellations made close to the departure date incur higher penalties.
- 60 days or more: Deposit forfeited + 30% of your total holiday cost.
- 6-60 days: 50% of total holiday cost.
- 28-45 days: 60% of total holiday cost.
- 4-27 days: 80% of total holiday cost.
- Less than 3 days: 100% of the total holiday cost
False Scam Accusations
- Easyeticket reserves the right to take legal action against any client who falsely accuses us of scam-related activities. Any losses incurred due to such accusations will be charged to the client, which may be deducted from any pending refunds.
Data Protection
- We value your privacy. We will use your personal information solely for processing your booking and ensuring a smooth travel experience. For more details, please refer to our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of England.
Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.
